One person may feel criticised or unheard. The other may feel rejected, dismissed or unable to get through. Over time, these patterns can create distance and make it increasingly difficult to talk about what really matters.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to the people in front of me. We can look at what is happening in your relationship now while also considering the experiences, beliefs and patterns that may be influencing how you relate to one another.
Relationship counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are usually scheduled weekly. During relationship counselling it's helpful to have at least one set of individual sessions each, sometimes more depending on circumstances. Relationship Counselling can last anywhere from 8-10 sessions but sometimes longer.
